Terms & Conditions for Valiair’s U.S. Agent for Service Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Valiair, a trusted provider of U.S. Agent for Service solutions for individuals with foreign addresses who hold or apply for FAA certificates, ratings, or authorizations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish a binding agreement between you and Valiair.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state where Valiair operates, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Marketing Usage & Public Representation

By using our services, you grant Valiair the right to reference your company name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes — for example, on our website or in presentations. We will never use personal names or individual identities for promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

14. Client Responsibility for FAA Designation

Valiair is not responsible for ensuring that clients correctly designate Valiair as their U.S. Agent for Service in the FAA's U.S. Agent for Service System (USAS) or through any other required FAA channels. It is the client’s sole responsibility to complete the designation process accurately and in accordance with FAA regulations. Failure to do so may result in compliance issues for which Valiair assumes no liability.

15. Referral Program

Valiair may, at its discretion, offer a referral program that allows eligible users to earn rewards by referring new clients to the platform. Participation in the referral program is subject to the following terms:

15.1 Eligibility

To participate, you must have an active Valiair account in good standing. Only new users who have not previously signed up for Valiair are eligible to be referred. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program. Only individual users are eligible to participate, team managers and members cannot participate.

15.2 Referral Method

Referrals must be made using your unique referral link, which is available in your account dashboard. Referrals not made through this official mechanism will not be eligible for rewards.

15.3 Reward Structure

Referrers may receive a reward (e.g., cash, credit, discount, or other benefit) when a referred user signs up and completes a paid subscription. The referred user may also receive a reward upon sign-up. Specific reward amounts and structures are subject to change and will be communicated on the referral program page.

15.4 Reward Distribution

Referral rewards are held for a period of 14 days following the referred user's successful payment to allow for fraud checks or payment issues. Rewards are then processed in monthly payout cycles, meaning rewards will be delivered between 14 and 44 days after the qualifying referral action.

Rewards are paid via PayPal, using the email address associated with your Valiair account. If your PayPal email is different, it is your responsibility to update your payout email in your account settings. Valiair is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect or outdated email information.

15.5 Limitations & Restrictions

Referral rewards will not be granted retroactively for referrals made before the referral program was officially launched. We cannot verify or credit referrals made outside of the official system.

Valiair reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be reflected in the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Amendments

Valiair may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
